TROY, MI -- Northwood University's University of the Aftermarket will host an Interpersonal Skills Workshop March 20-21 in Troy, MI.

The workshop will teach how to have more successful outcomes with difficult personalities. First you will learn to understand your behavioral tendencies and develop a better understanding of your interactions with others. You will also develop strategies for working together to increase productivity. You will identify your “preferred” conflict resolution style and how to make it work for you and also recognize when and how to avoid, redirect and confront difficult people.

This workshop will give you the skills necessary to resolve conflict in a positive manner and will give you the “edge” when dealing with difficult people.

A companion workshop is scheduled for June 12-13 on the art of assertiveness and the skills necessary to be an effective decision maker.
